Low Season (1. Mai - 14. December)

With an occupancy of two persons                   USD     550.00 per week

Each additional person                                   USD       50.00 per week

Main Season (15. December - 30. April)

With an occupancy of two persons                   USD      680.00 per week

Each additional person                                   USD       50.00 per week

Please add the following extra charges to your rate:

Local Taxes:                11 % *

Security Deposit:   USD    300.00

Cleaning Fee:        USD    135.00

Terms of Payment:

30 % of the amount will be due upon booking, the balance amount 6 weeks prior to your arrival at Villa Provence. In case of a short-term booking the whole amount will be due upon receipt of confirmation and rental contract. Both security deposit and cleaning fee have to be paid cash to the house sitters of Villa Provence.

We recommend respective insurance coverage.
